Estudos do Instituto Gallup revelam que colaboradores engajados e com alto nível de satisfação perdem 70% menos dias trabalhados, ao longo de um ano, e são mais propensos a não faltar por problema de saúde. 

Em relação a doenças, este é um ponto extremamente relevante nos tempos atuais. Segundo a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), estima-se que atualmente 5% dos adultos do mundo sofrem de depressão e que, de acordo com os dados da organização, ela se tornará a doença mais comum em 2030. A OMS também declarou que o número de casos de depressão aumentou em 25% desde a pandemia. Sendo uma das principais causas de pedidos de demissão, aumentando a taxa de turnover, o que – evidentemente – é péssimo para qualquer organização.
